Rule ``combine_nested_dirname``

Replace multiple nested calls of ``dirname`` by only one call with second
``$level`` parameter. Requires PHP >= 7.0.

.. warning:: Using this rule is risky.

   Risky when the function ``dirname`` is overridden.
