Rule ``short_scalar_cast``
==========================

Cast ``(boolean)`` and ``(integer)`` should be written as ``(bool)`` and
``(int)``, ``(double)`` and ``(real)`` as ``(float)``, ``(binary)`` as
``(string)``.
